Third day of shows in Belgrade 1st of December

Again we had four great shows, all with an awesome audience. During these days we've really felt an amazing welcome by the Serbian people, both active at the festival and in the audience.
Violetas Serbian grew better and better by each day (or at least I thought so, but trust me... I'm no expert) and her singing "Lane moje" by Zeljko Joksimovic drew down great applause.
Later in the evening the gang went to Stara Hercegovina for dinner (thanks for the reservation Nikolai and the crew). We found the restaurant by asking locals last year and it's a great place; affordable, great food and great service. Sara, Stina, Jonas and I then went and caught the last couple of songs from the concert organized by the Festival. It was good fun! We ended up, after having a couple of drinks with new found friends from Environmental Management in Belgrade (the super heroes), at a small Rock Club before crashing to bed resting up for the last day of shows.

"Lane moje..." Violeta is giving her all!

Violeta speaks "Serbian", Helena's trying to understand her...

"Kodak moment"

Johan and Odd orderd smoked pork in cabbage and Sara's enjoying her dish.

The band is playing.

Stina and Jonas are rockin'.

A drink before the rock club with the guys from Environmental Management.

Second day of shows in Belgrade 30th nov

The second day felt a lot better,it always does, you get into it and things start to run smoother. We had four full shows with a lot of happy, energetic and fun school kids. We also had a short interview in Serbien television on Thursday, it aired late Thrusday night (after midnight the first time...).
Everybody helps out - push the air!

Booooooom!

Stinas view of "the wave". Looks like audience liked it too.

Odd relaxing at the hotel room after 4 excellent shows.

First day of shows in Belgrade November 29th

First day, always nervous and you never know what to expect. It's hard the first day to do the shows in english, but the audience really helped us to get into the right mood. We had a blast, and are looking forward to the days to come, when everything falls into place.
Odd's working the mixer between shows, don't let him close to it during the show...
Pre-show...

Violeta texting in the corner backstage.

Happy lasershowers and happy "customers", thanks for comming!

Before...

Relaxing in the hotelroom.

Odd and Johan found an awesome bottle at the supermarket. Johan-Does it burn??

After...

More of the rigging!

Wednesday it was time rig the show. Starting at 9 am we worked the whole day with a short food break at around 3 pm. We got back to the hotel around 11 pm, ready for the first day of shows.

It takes time to rig the show, and it might become messy...

Violeta rests for a few seconds.

Not done yet, but we're getting there...
